A number of liquidity pools are currently being launched to become the threatening powerhouses of the DeFi market for sushi and uni. Their common strategy is to solve the high gas costs of DeFi transactions currently based on Ethereum. I think the size of the liquidity pool is very important to realize this, and I wonder what Vegaswap is trying to increase the size of liquidity. Also, I want to know the size of compensation that suppliers can receive by supplying liquidity to Vegaswap.

Our strategy is to focus on two sides of the market separately — supply side and demand side. Demand side are the traders who swap from one asset to another. Supply side are the traders who make markets and add liquidity. We start with targeting users and demand side with our trader mining program. We will incentivize usage of the platform through the token to grow users and recognition. Orders are routed to existing liquidity pools with our broker. In the second step we will build up supply side in our AMM, by partnering more broadly with different projects and liquidity providers.

Dynamic fees make it more profitable for liquidity providers. Also we have liquidity grants for strategic projects we partner with to incentivize the most promising partnerships, as well as ecosystem fund for strategic partners.

Dynamic fees. Fees change depending on market condition and makers earn when market fluctuates more widely. When the market goes sideways fees are lower. This means the market prices the risk most efficiently.

1) Focus on security is a top priority. We are strong in development and this is a key thing we always keep in mind. We have a scale up strategy for that.
2) A lot of support since earliest days of the project — funding, advisory, partnerships, marketing.
3) We have details on the token economics in the whitepaper and happy to answer detailed questions for the schedule. Smart contracts will be public.
4) Smart pools has dynamic fees and locking, and more advanced features we create over time. Rewards are fees earned for transactions and addtionally Vega token rewards.
5) Governance happens through the token and voting process. There are some industry best practices, but it is still evolving industry so we will adapt along the way.
